The book can be purchased by simply clicking on the paypal "Buy Now" button above or by calling the clinic at 386-672-0220 to pay for and pick up the book locally.  The cost of the book is $20.00 and all major credit cards are accepted, as well as checks once the monies have cleared the purchasers bank. Once you click on the "Buy Now" button, you will be taken to the paypal website.
